Sarina Stokes

Sarina Stokes is a soul marked by God’s never-ending mercy. From her earliest years, she felt drawn to contemplate the face of Christ on the Cross and to recognize His presence in those around her. This love has only deepened as Jesus has met her personally through the trials of her life. Sarina grew up in Gilbert, Arizona, and then headed north to the mountains of Northern Arizona University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations and International Communication. After a radical conversion during college, she served as a missionary with Fellowship of Catholic University Students at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2019–2021. During her time in FOCUS, she discerned a call from the Lord to quit her job, book a one-way ticket to Europe, and live entirely on Divine Providence.

In 2022, Sarina returned to Lincoln, Nebraska, where she began serving at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House as the Outreach and Ministry Coordinator while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Catholic Theology from the University of Mary. Recently, Sarina has founded her own apostolate, Kingdom Come, which is devoted to bringing Heaven to earth through encounters with God’s merciful love primarily through retreats, Spirit-led community gatherings and Spiritual Direction.

“Nothing is more honoring than accompanying a soul into the Heart of Christ and witnessing His glory unfold in their life. It is sacred ground—ground that moves one to bow in reverence before another, beholding both Christ Crucified and Christ Redeemed.” Learn more about Sarina’s apostolate at kingdomcomenow.org
