Fr. Kermit Syren, LC
Fr. Kermit was born in Alaska and was ordained to the priesthood in 1991. He is the Men’s Section Chaplain for the Regnum Christi locality in Dallas, Texas. Fr. Kermit founded Camp Kodia in 1996. He had a dream of combining outdoor adventure with faith formation. Fr. Kermit grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, and wanted boys and their dads to experience together what he had enjoyed as a boy: the Catholic faith and the beauty of God’s natural creation.
