Lincoln Diocesan Administrator’s Retreat and DEEP Training 2026

Retreat Thursday Morning June 18, 2026
- Retreat morning with Jon Broer
- All CAOs, principals and assistant principals invited
- Starting at with 9 am with (optional) Mass; 2 talks, time for confessions and prayer
- 12:00 pm Lunch
Training Thursday Afternoon June 18 – Friday afternoon June 19, 2026
- DEEP Training with Wendy Peppe Anderson from Danielson Group.
- All personal working on evaluations are invited.
The focus will be:
- Framework Refresher: A comprehensive overview for new principals and a helpful review for those already utilizing the framework
- Breaks will be given
- Domains: An opportunity for principals to ask questions and gain clarity on the components of the different Domains
- Support & Growth Plans: A focus on using the specific language of the framework and the rubrics as essential tools to support teachers whose practice currently falls within the unsatisfactory or basic range. We will explore how to leverage this language to develop clear, actionable plans for growth.
Registrations due by Monday June 15, 2026.
